Description

Short title: Fitzherbert v Fitzherbert.

Plaintiffs: Benet Fitzherbert, daughter of John Brodhomme, wife of defendant.

Defendants: John Fitzherbert of Norbury, esquire, son of Rauf Fitzherbert.

Subject: False imprisonment of complainant over the house sink, and detention of her jointure since her escape. Derbyshire.
