Defendants: John Burton, `tapster,' and Robert Spenley, and Richard Sylcoke, goldsmiths and `hedde occupyers of the crafte of goldwyre drawers,' all of London.
Subject: Action by defendants under the statute 1 Richard III., c. 9, complainant having refused to join them in obtaining an exclusive market for gold wire to the enhancement of prices, and they having effected his arrest and the forfeiture of his working instruments. London
