Short title: Gerard v van Sconebergh.

Plaintiffs: John Gerard of London, scrivener, and Everard Breweler, merchant of the Steel Yard, executors of Garrard van Sconebergh of London, brewer.: Petition to dissolve an injunction obtained from the late Chancellor to stay proceedings against Andrew, son of the said Garrard van Sconebergh, for money embezzled from the said Garrard for purchase of a beerhouse called the `Herteshorne' in Petty Wales.: London.

Defendants: Andrew, son of the said Garrard van Sconebergh.
