Description

Short title: Lytell v Lassels.

Plaintiffs: William Lytell and Elizabeth (Margaret), his wife, Robert Brewster and Alice, his wife, Thomas Davy and Elizabeth, his wife, and Robert Hobson and Ellen, his wife.

Defendants: Richard Lassels and William Fenton, feoffees to uses.

Subject: Messuages and land in Stirton and Fenton, late of Robert Thoresby, deceased, brother of the said Margaret, Alice, Elizabeth, and Ellen, all children of John Thuresby. Nottinghamshire
