Plaintiffs: William Roose, citizen and salter or ironmonger of London, and William Overy, citizen and fishmonger of the same city, owners of the Newe Elyn, of London.
Defendants: Richard duke of Gloucester, Admiral of England, Ireland and Aquitaine, and John Fissher, Thomas Rauson and Harry Asshwell, citizens and mercers of London.
Subject: Action brought by present defendants in the said Admiral's Court for damage to goods in transit.
Petition for a writ of `certiorari.'.
