Defendants: John Hunton and others of Kirkleyrode, Suffolk.
Subject: Receiving goods taken by force from the plaintiff's ship, the Margarete of Ostend, by Thomas Yoksale, master of an English ship called a pakker, off Sheppey, Kent.

Plaintiffs: Michell Hank, of Ostend, Flanders.
Defendants: John Dowbilday and William Godfrey.
