Short title: Fraunces v Hore.

Plaintiffs: Thomas Fraunces, weaver, Nicholas Hoker, fishmonger, and Thomas Walsh, tailor, of Bristol.

Defendants: Thomas Hore, chamberlain of Bristol.

Subject: Bonds enforced by John Shepeward, late mayor of Bristol, after restoring petitioners to their franchises, according to thejudgement of the Court.
