Description

Short title: Harry v Beghynden.

Plaintiffs: John Harry and Thomas Davy, churchwardens of Biddenden.

Defendants: James Beghynden and Laurence and William Pell, sons of the feoffees of Thomas Herman (or Hennan).

Subject: Money bequeathed by the said Thomas out of land in Biddenden (Bydynden), for a new bell to the church. Kent.
