Description

Short title: Clere v Stiwardsone.

Plaintiffs: Elizabeth Clere and Thomas Grene, her servant and tenant.

Defendants: William Stiwardsone, of Ormesby, and William Symondesson.

Subject: Breaking into the said Elizabeth's place in Ormesby and carrying off the said Thomas by force to Islington (Iseldon) and London, imprisonment and extortion.

Norfolk.
