Description

Short title: Wethereld v Elis.

Plaintiffs: William Wethereld and other executors of John Priour, late of Ipswich (Eppeswich), and John Berdolf and Jane his wife, late the wife and co-executrix of the said John Prior.

Defendants: Nicholas Elis, late sheriff of Kingston-on-Hull, and Richard Fernyshed, attorney.

Subject: Letting go Godfrey Williamson, prisoner for debt, and making a false return of the verdict. Yorkshire
