Description

This series comprises correspondence of the Foreign Office with the plenipotentiaries Viscount Castlereagh (from 1821, the Marquis of Londonderry), the Earl of Clancarty, the Duke of Wellington, along with dispatches and memoranda, all relating to international conferences held at the end of the Napoleonic Wars. Those covered are the Conferences of Paris 1814 and 1815, the Congress of Vienna 1814-1815, the Conferences of Aix-la-Chapelle 1818, Troppau 1820, Laibach 1820, Hanover 1821, Vienna 1822 and Verona 1822.
