Folio 186: Frazer to Weymouth. He reports the arrival of the brig Petite Julie from the Delaware river with a cargo of tobacco. More vessels with cargoes of tobacco are expected. 450 seamen have been recruited for Brest. The regiment of Saintonge has left St. Omer for Brittany. Secondary defence troops from fortified towns are also ordered there.
Date and place: 1778 Feb 10 Dunkirk.
