Folio 179: Messrs Craufurd & Co to Long, Drake and Long. The sugar is in the hands of `substantial people' and sequestration is never granted in such cases. Unless old markings can be found, affidavits from France will be necessary. Odiette de la Bauche should be examined on oath.
