Folio 124: Stormont to Weymouth. He has important intelligence that it has been resolved to carry out arming `far beyond every purpose of defence'. All the ships-of-the-line at Toulon are to join the fleet at Brest as soon as possible. The duc de Chartres is to hold himself in readiness. It could mean an attack, with Spain on Gibraltar, Goltz has been to Versailles. The comtesse d'Artois has given birth to a prince, to be called the duc de Berry.
