Folio 99: Stormont to Weymouth. He is sure that Austria has some plan about Bavaria. He describes diplomatic comings and goings and hears that the king of Prussia has encouraged the elector Palatine and stated that, if Austria interferes, he will renew his claim to the duchies of Julier and Bergen [Jülich and Berg]. He encloses ff.101,103. He is certain that the Alfred and Raleigh were supplied with arms for the rebels.
