Folio 80: Burt to lord George Germain. Troops are employed on fortifications on Guadeloupe. The inhabitants expect war. The British are incensed by the way the way the French, particularly on Martinique, have favoured the Americans, and want war. Bouillé has not replied to f.18. Arbaud has acted correctly by delivering a schooner brought in by a privateer, imprisoning its captain and impounding its guns and rigging.
