Folio 260: Weymouth to Stormont. It is clear that Bouillé supports the rebels. He believes France to be insincere in her desire to prevent war between Russia and Turkey. He is to report any suggestion of another partition of Poland. France may have other plans and a deal with Prussia to obtain naval timber. He encloses a copy of f.238.
