Folio 176: Bulletin issued by Franklin. News up to October 30th from Boston. It repeats the news of Burgoyne's surrender to Gates, with number of prisoners and of English losses since Ticonderoga. Howe entered Philadelphia after losing 4000 men. Washington is waiting for reinforcements. The English fleet is out of reach for assisting Howe. It lost the Roebuck.
