Folio 175: Extract from the dispatches of Congress. It reports the surrender of Burgoyne, the number of prisoners and the conditions for their return to England. It describes the capture of Philadelphia by Howe, the engagement with Washington near the city, when Howe retreated and the return down the Delaware river of the English fleet, with the loss of the Roebuck.
