Folio 173: Stormont to Weymouth. He acknowledges the Extraordinary Gazette and has informed the ministers of the success of Howe and Clinton. The catastrophe to Burgoyne has caused great joy in France. He encloses ff.175, 176, 177. The references to Howe are contradictory.
