Folio 76: Stormont to Weymouth. He has been secretly informed that France has agreed to give the rebel agents 8 million livres, apart from the 500,000 livres paid to them every quarter. Spain has agreed to give 400,000 dollars. Both courts have made these conditional on the restitution of all French and Spanish ships taken by American privateers. He refers to rebel suspicions of Hynson.
