Folio 84: Frazer to Weymouth. The loading of the artillery for Spain has begun onto the Dutch ship Vigelantie. He gives details. The first battalions of the regiments Armagnac, Cambrésis and Agennois are to embark at Brest the following week, the Viennois with artillery and a troop of unmounted dragoons of Condé at St. Malo and the first battalions of Auxerrois and Gatinois at Bordeaux. The convoy will be escorted by 3 ships of the line and 3 frigates, The Zéphir has arrived.
