Folio 235: Stormont to Weymouth. Information from [Thomas - see f.233] about artillery to be shipped from Toulon possibly for Spain, about officers sailing from Bordeaux for America and English surgeons at Brest also for America. He also reported a plan to send a general officer, La Tour, to the East Indies, buying second-hand frigates for the purpose. Franklin has visited Sartine for the first time.
