Folio 147: Stormont to Weymouth. The emperor wants to start an East India company at Leghorn. An English captain Hayzell has a plan to be allowed to fit out 4 ships laden with merchandise for the East Indies, bought in the dominions of the grand duke or empress queen. The plan was sent by the emperor to count Belgioso [? Belgiojoso, Imperial minister to Britain], instructing him to meet him in Paris.
