Folio 399: Stormont to Weymouth. He has authentic information that Coudray and his contingent sailed on the 12th from Havre de Grâce on the French frigate Amphitrite. She may make directly for North America. Vioménil, who helped the Confederates in Poland, may command the rebel army. He refers again to the insidious designs of the French court and of Franklin. Latest report on du Chaffault's squadron, which is still at Brest.
