Folio 390: Stormont to Weymouth. He can only acquire a copy of the treaty through a person of high quality, which must cost a great deal. He has heard that the king told Artois, that he will not be able to avoid making war on England. Stormont believes that France is not yet ready to throw aside the mask and avow help for the rebels.
