Folio 245: Stormont to Weymouth. The court has moved to Choisy and then to Versailles. France, he believes, is sending several battalions and artillery in transports to follow du Chaffault's fleet. He has doubtful information of plans against Britain in the East Indies. Bussy has refused to return, unless with a large force. Dillon is spoken of. France believes that Britain's affairs in India are in confusion and that she has so many enemies there, that now is the time to strike.
