Folio 214: Weymouth to Stormont. The solemn professions of peace made by Vergennes in the name of the king are welcome but cannot be relied on, if the squadron sails for the West Indies, from where Weymouth had no reports of unrest. Stormont must do all he can to prevent it sailing.
