Folio 210: Stormont to Weymouth. He gives addresses to which letters from Beaumarchais to Wall and from Morand to Beaumarchais are directed by ordinary post [see f.76]. He gives information about letters of Deane and Bancroft. The most important ones come by Garnier's courier to Vergennes. The principal correspondents are named here. He suggests interception of some of them. Girard, principal clerk at the office for foreign affairs, conducts these manoeuvres.
