Folio 208: Stormont to Weymouth. He has been privately informed that France has assembled between 15 and 16 thousand sailors at Brest and Rochefort and has 20 ships of the line at Brest ready to be manned. This source is different from that in f.147. The squadron on exercises is disarming. He discusses Sartine. A new ordinance is to be published shortly, putting the navy on a new footing.
