Folio 475: Stormont to Weymouth. 4 Spanish men-of-war have reportedly sailed. While merchants of Cadiz do not expect war, there is much concern in Paris. An important ship from Philadelphia is expected at Nantes in 28 days. The republic of Geneva seeks to be included in the alliance, which France is negotiating with the Swiss cantons.
