Folio 193: St. Paul to Weymouth. No immediate changes at Versailles. Vergennes reported Pombal's willingness now to give satisfaction to Spain and he is optimistic about a settlement of boundaries. The comte d'Artois is to visit Brest and other ports. Monsieur willvisit fortified places in Flanders and Lorraine. He encloses f.195. Everything necessary for these ships has been ordered to be got ready.
