Folio 141: Articles of the king's instructions to rear-admiral Duff, governor of Newfoundland, which related to the concurrent fishery, pursuant to treaty, the strict observance of treaty rights of both French and British fishermen round that part of the coast of Newfoundland, where concurrent fishing is permitted, the prevention of any fishing contrary to treaty in the gulf of St. Lawrence and reference to French rights on St. Pierre and Miquelon.
