Folio 36: Frazer to Weymouth. He reports the arrival of 2 ships claiming to be from Spain and Portugal, which he believes belong to North America. One is the Industry of New England, carrying the crew of the Charming Peggy. The other is the Sally. They are ready to sail but carry only ballast and provisions. He describes their marks. The sloop Carolina has put in and left for Rotterdam. He has alerted the king's agent there.
