Folio 125: Stormont to Weymouth. Turgot has brought 7 edicts to the Parlement. 2 are meeting strong opposition from Conti and the majority of the commissioners appointed to examine them, the edict sur les corps et metiers and sur les corvées. These will only be registered after a lit de justice. Turgot relies on the king to summon one, otherwise he must give way.
