Folio 94: Stormont to Weymouth. He encloses the letter from the Maltese grand master [see ff.28, 41]. He reports on the debate in the Parlement on the censure of Condorcet, when the Economists were criticised. He encloses f.97, which includes the names of promotions to the Cordon Bleu [in the order of the Saint Esprit]. Aranda has not been included.
