Folio 57: Weymouth to Stormont. He repeats the burden of f.43 about Newfoundland. The residents cannot be moved from the concurrent fishing areas, as their rights rest upon the Charter of 1610. Since there is no breach of the Treaty of Utrecht, the French can claim no compensation. If France would end her scheme of bounties, matters would improve.
