Description

Folio 51: Lord George [Sackville] Germain, secretary of state for the American department, to Weymouth. He refers to negro slaves and deserters escaping from Grenada to the French islands. He encloses an extract [f.53] from a letter from Grenada and suggests a cartel for the exchange of these to the benefit of both countries.
