Description

Folio 173: Stormont to Weymouth. After thanking Vergennes for the help given to the Hanoverian troops at Dunkirk and the Isle de Ré, he asked for the help to continue. Vergennes gave no credit to the reports of Spanish arming or of a planned attack on Algiers [see f.141]. He encloses f.177.
