Folio 161: Weymouth to Stormont. He encloses copies of an exchange of letters between Grantham and Grimaldi, in which Grimaldi accepts Britain's application to prevent arms being exported to America. He is to show them to Vergennes and invite France to issue orderssimilar to those issued by Spain. Weymouth is fully informed of the large quantities of arms being exported from French ports.
