Folio 149: Frazer to Weymouth. The brig is ready to sail with a cargo of brandy and gin. The ship in ballast has sailed with a cargo of cloth, cleared for St. Eustatia but probably bound for North America. He is certain that neither carries powder or other munitions [see f.111].
