Folio 141: Stormont to Weymouth. Letters from Madrid speak of orders to Ferrol to fit out immediately 14 ships of 70 guns and to other Spanish ports to prepare a great naval armament. They report that this is to take revenge on the Algerians but, because of the situation with Portugal, he is reporting it.
