Folio 137: Stormont to Weymouth. The court is back at Versailles. Stormont assured Vergennes that the changes in London involved no change of policy. He reports the seizing by a Spanish ship of a Swedish ship bound for Constantinople. He encloses f.139 and refers to the enmity between Broglie and St. Germain.
