Folio 84: Stormont to Rochford. He has been approached by someone, who has a friend, who has a project, which could ruin British commerce in India. The French government has discussed it but is going back on its promise about payment. Stormont has been told it could be of great benefit to Britain. He proposed that the author of the project should go to England to meet Rochford and he encloses ff.87, 89.
