Folio 291: Frazer to Rochford. The Hannah's cargo was almost entirely staves. The Concord, arrived from Philadelphia, is now said to be the Glasgow from Glasgow. He believes it to be a fictitious name. He describes the two ships and has heard that more are coming from Philadelphia.
Date and place: 1775 Sept 12 Dunkirk.
