Folio 265: Rochford to St. Paul. He encloses a copy of a contract made between a monsieur Admiral of Guadeloupe in 1768 and Mr. Robert Hankey, a London merchant, who has never been paid. He is to ask Vergennes to help and also to institute a search for Hyam Baronne[f.268 enclosed], who has been uttering forged notes in Ostend and was reported heading for Portugal.
