Folio 26: 1st letter. The King to Turgot [controller general]. He is satisfied with the precautions taken in Paris. Turgot can count on his firmness. He must arrest those mentioned. 2nd letter. The king to Turgot. He details the military precautions taken all round Paris. He wants the capture of those who paid the trouble-makers. He is not going out, not out of fear but in order to let things calm down.
