Folio 223: Rochford to St. Paul. In the light of recent correspondence [f.203 and enclosures], he refers St. Paul to the letter Boynes sent to Aiguillon in 1773. France has no right to trade in Portendie. He is to inform Vergennes that Britain is sending 2 frigatesto O'Hara.
