Folio 181: St. Paul to Rochford. Stormont has left. He will act in his absence to the best of his ability. The new Maltese ambassador, the bailli de St. Simon, is over 80 years old and was within 2 votes of being elected grand master. No reports of arming in Spain and all is quiet in the French ports. He refers to the cattle disease.
