Folio 173: Stormont to Rochford. Reports on handing Vergennes a draft for the Bonavista damages and his request for the settlement of the East India company claim. This has been referred to Turgot, who is ill. The comte de Tonnère has been appointed to conduct madame Clothilde [see f.117], a commission coveted by the comte de Broglie.
